After 15 years in a corporate environment, it was time for a change. Combining passion for health and wellness with a desire to see people happy and healthy, I went to massage therapy, and subsequently, acupuncture school.
Nearly ten years later, I strive to help my clients achieve a healthier and less stressed version of themselves through acupuncture, bodywork, and health and wellness coaching
