My Philosophy

I believe in individualized treatments based on client goals and expectations. When the client and practitioner are on the same page, powerful transformations can take place. As like increases like and opposites balance it becomes important to facilitate the best strategy for a client's current presentation.

Treatments begin with a detailed intake to assess and determine the patient's current presentation coupled with short- and long-term health and wellness goals. Typical initial acupuncture treatments will consist of a "clearing" treatment to allow the body to make the most of subsequent treatments.

I also believe that regular sessions maximize the body's ability to respond and hold onto the benefits of the bodywork. While bodywork is a wonderful thing, consistent bodywork is powerful.

Masters of Acupuncture Studies program at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies, in Warminster PA. I am grateful to have been taught several different styles including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element.

Thai-Vedic Bodywork - Level 1 (2022), Level 2, Level 3 (2024)

200-hour holistic YOGA THERAPY teacher training taught by world-renowned teachers (Sebastian Bruno, Kimanna Nichols, Barbara Noh) covering the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic therapies, Yoga therapies, and Thai massage in beautiful and spiritually dense Bali, Indonesia.

Metro Beauty Academy Massage Therapy Program 2016

About Me

Born and raised in Western New York, I have lived in the Poconos for about 10 years practicing both independently and in a large spa setting.

I am a student of life and take every opportunity to learn further about my craft and other interests. I am constantly working hard to advance my knowledge of massage and related therapies through retreats, seminars, and other training opportunities. There is always room to learn new modalities or reinforce my skill set to provide exceptional services to the client.

When not practicing massage, or in school, I am an avid triathlete and pool player. I enjoy spending time in the lake, on my bike, or in the woods with my wife and three vizslas.
